Daytime Tongue Position? Link to Jaw Clenching and Grinding
Where does your tongue positioned right now?

There is a massive link between tongue position, how you breathe and clenching / grinding.
As you can imagine, cleching and grinding can cause jaw problem when done vigorously and over many days, months and years.
