Is your jaw healthy? Here’s a simple 3-second test you can do right now.
Use your middle three fingers and try placing them vertically between your upper and lower front teeth.
✔️ If they fit comfortably, your jaw opening range is likely within the healthy limit (around 50 mm or 5 cm).
❌ If not, your jaw may be restricted, possibly from tension, clenching, or TMJ issues.
This is a quick, easy, and effective way to get a snapshot of your jaw health—right from home.
