Jaw Exercise Combination No.1 to Help Your Jaw Problem

Jaw exercises are many.

Here we demonstrate two of the favourite exercises in combination and performed together so we get the added benefit and better effect of doing exercise to get your jaw feeling better!

1 Tongue on roof of mouth to open wide
2 Correcting posture by pulling shoulder blades back and head/chin back to look straight ahead at eye height

Combine these two exercises together and performed in one smooth motion to help you feel better in your jaw!
