Jaw Exercise Combo No. 3 to help your Jaw

Arm positions affect your jaw function.

Believe it or not, when arms go back behind your body, the posture improves.

We don’t do these unusual movements often enough and as a result, our posture gets compromised and head thrusts forward and then clenching and grinding can occur.

Clenching and grinding can affect your jaw in a big way.

In addition, getting the tongue on the roof of mouth can help improve how both right and left jaw joints are supposed to move… i.e. right and left jaw joints open and close synchronously.

So this jaw exercise combination no. 3 is my favourite one because it really works well to restore the head position and jaw to function more normally.
