Jaw can be affected from poor posturing and it may be due to some weak muscles in the neck.
Here, this video presents how to activate and strengthen your splenius capitus and other suboccipital muscles
as well as some deep neck flexors by gently leaning into the wall with the back of head
to help improve your neck and head posture
– in turn this will help reduce stress to your jaw and jaw related pain and tightness in the jaw and cheeks.
