Jaw Relief Release for Deep Jaw Muscle

This video presents my own symptom relief technique.

Yes even I see many people suffering from jaw issues, I get one, too.

This trigger point release is effective for deep jaw muscle tight sensation and discomfort.

Using thumb pad, reach for the deep jaw muscle called medial pterygoid (pronounced terigoid).

This muscle clenches and protrudes (juts) the lower jaw bone (mandible) so if you are in poor posture or other side is stiff and over developed in muscles (in my case), it can get tired very easily.

It is like having to work against a car with a hand break up..

Solution is to release the muscle but long term solution obviously comes from improving flexibility of the right side and reducing chewing more favourable on the right and chew more evenly between right and left teeth.
