Stop Snoring with This Simple Uvula Lift Exercise! Better Sleep & Less Jaw Clenching

Do you snore or wake up tired even after a full night’s sleep?
You may have a weakened or floppy uvula — the little tissue hanging at the back of your throat.

In this video, we show you a simple but powerful uvula lift exercise that helps:

  • Open your airway during sleep

  • Reduce snoring and mild sleep apnea

  • Improve your sleep quality

  • Decrease mouth breathing and dry mouth (xerostomia)

  • Reduce night-time jaw clenching and grinding

  • Relieve jaw pain and fatigue in the morning

✅ Do this exercise 3 times a day, holding for 10 seconds, 5–10 reps, over 3–6 weeks.
Strengthening your uvula support muscles may help keep your airway more open and rounded, leading to better breathing at night — and waking up feeling refreshed, alert, and jaw pain-free.
