Breathing slow and regular helps with the normal level of CO2 in your blood.

However, when you breathe irregular and fast it can blow off too much CO2.

This can result in the change of pH of the blood and this irritates sensory nerves.

As a consequence, one can become more sensitive and feel pain easily.

So BREATHE SLOWLY and REGULARLY to avoid or settle the nerve sensitivity.
