TMJ BEST SELF CARE & EXERCISE BOOK
All the books I bought regarding the TMJ and the management of TMDs, this book stands out the best by far.
Perhaps it is because it is written by a physical therapist but it has so much useful information that you can implement and practice straight away.
It is explained in the simple manner but thorough, it is a great book for the management of TMD and I recommend getting this book if you are willing to manage your own condition for the long term or after recovering from TMD to maintain good condition for the long term by improving the condition of the jaw and eliminate irritating and unwanted habits.
